We only use Discord to know who you are — no username guessing. Chat happens on this website.

Open a support chat
Submit your notes and we open a private ticket chat on the site with your basket pinned at the top.

Customize, pay, get the files
We agree rust, formats, and price in chat. Then we send a payment link and your download link in the same thread.
Safety & trust
Money and card details stay off this website. You only pay when the order is clear.
No card details on this website
This site never asks for your card number. Payment happens through a normal payment link we send in your ticket chat (for example PayPal or Stripe).
Private tickets on the site
Only you and staff can see your chat. When the ticket is closed, the conversation is deleted — you keep a receipt number.
You agree the details before you pay
Price, custom changes, and what is inside the zip are confirmed with you first. Nothing is charged automatically from browsing.
Human delivery after payment
We send a one-time download link once payment is confirmed. Ask in the ticket if something needs a tweak.

Why Discord login if chat is on the site?+
So we know exactly which account owns the ticket. You do not need a Discord ticket channel — the conversation stays here.
Where is my basket stored?+
In this browser only (local storage). It will not follow you to another phone or PC. Clear it anytime from the basket page.
Is this safe?+
Yes, when you follow the normal flow. Never type card numbers, passwords, or bank login codes into chat. Only use the official payment link we send.
When do I pay?+
Only after we agree on the work and the price in your ticket. You will get a payment link there — not a card form on this website.
When do I get the files?+
After payment is confirmed, we paste a one-time download link in the same ticket chat.
What happens when the ticket closes?+
Chat messages are deleted for privacy. You keep a receipt code (like BMP-7K2M9Q) and the order summary under My tickets.
Can I request a fully custom model?+
Yes. Check out with an empty basket if you want, describe what you need, and we will scope it in chat.
